ReplyDeleteAgreed. Freeman is the best captain I've played for, but I have to be consistent. Haven't talked to him, but it appears he made the same mistake I have talked about earlier...why put your best singles player in the doubles lineup and play a "doubles guy" in singles? I can only guess that maybe he underestimated the Good-er Guys. Again, hindsight is 20/20 and the move doesn't get questioned if a point or two goes the other way.
ReplyDeleteWestside Black Sheep definitely making a statement. After talking to some people yesterday I realized that I have underestimated/overlooked them. I think they are on the top tier of teams with Copperfield and Sugar Creek. This is shaping up to be one of the most fun 4.5 seasons in recent memory.

Trying to get lucky and win every match 3-2 isn't going to work over a 10 match season. The Big Bangers could easily beat them this week.
